Circular 02/2015/TT-TTCP stipulates the standards and colors for inspection officers' kepi caps and helmets as follows:

1. Kepi Cap

- Material, color

+ The cap cover is made of dark moss green wool-blend Tuytsi fabric 8058-1;

+ Decorative cord: core made of golden yellow polyester thread 34Nm wrapped with metallic thread;

+ Forehead support arch made of pure white plastic;

+ Visor made of plastic covered with velvet bordered with black faux leather;

+ Kepi cap button is made of 0.6mm thick yellow brass plate, with 0.8mm diameter by 15mm long copper fasteners. Kepi cap button plated with shiny white; plating process: Copper base => Nickel plating => Chromium plating;

+ Kepi cap oak branch is made of 0.8mm thick yellow brass plate, with 0.8mm diameter by 15mm long copper fasteners. Kepi cap oak branch plated with shiny white; plating process: Copper base => Nickel plating => Chromium plating.

- Style: high cap face, curved brim, cap peak and arch made of the same fabric type; the round-shaped kepe cover has a plastic tube, with steel rod inside the plastic tube. The forehead is padded with foam, with an O-zé eyelet stamped with a round star badge in the middle of two oak branches, each side has two O-zé air vents. Above the visor is a golden yellow braided decorative cord, ends fastened with round metal buttons bearing a star in the middle of two oak branches. Visor is covered in black velvet, sloping forward, with shiny white oak branch attached to the visor surface.

2. Helmet

- Material: helmet shell made of polyamide 6 (PA6). Visor made of polycarbonate (PC), protective padding: Polystyrene foam (EPS);

- Color: helmet shell is dark blue, inner lining is black felt, foam padding is white, logo with the text “TTVN” on the inner side of the helmet;

- Style: ear-brimmed helmet with face shield. Inside the helmet is foam padding covered with felt, the crown has a ventilation mesh and woven label. The middle of the helmet strap has a chin pad, with a buckle at the end of the strap.
