Vietnam Social Insurance's guidelines for the implementation of communication work on the local Social Insurance Information Portal (Internet image)

Regarding this issue, LawNet would like to answer as follows:

On October 5, 2023, Vietnam Social Insurance issued Official Dispatch 3216/BHXH-TT on implementing communication work on the local Social Insurance Electronic Information Portal.

To promote the role of the Provincial Social Insurance Electronic Information Portal as an effective communication channel and a bridge to bring social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies to all classes of people, Vietnam Social Insurance requests that the provinces implement the following specific tasks:

(1) Provincial Social Insurance regularly checks, reviews, and strictly implements the process of editing, posting news, removing news, articles, royalties, and remuneration regimes on the Provincial Social Insurance Electronic Information Portal in accordance with the regulations of Decision 2474/QD-BHXH 2019 promulgating regulations on the process of editing, posting, and removing news on the Vietnam Social Insurance Electronic Information Portal and the Electronic Information Portals of centrally-run provinces; Decision 1334/QD-BHXH of 2019 promulgating regulations on royalties and remuneration on the Vietnam Social Insurance Electronic Information Portal.

(2) Focusing on strengthening communication work on the Social Insurance Portal of provinces:

- Regularly update information about changes in organizational structure; contents according to new regulatory documents of the Vietnam Social Insurance industry.

- Strengthen news and in-depth articles on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies according to topics and topics on the occasion of celebrating major holidays of the year and according to the direction and guidance of Vietnam Social Security.

- Proactively produce and post modern media products such as: infographics, motion graphics, videos, motion graphic banners, etc.

- Ensure monthly norms of news and articles posted on the Provincial Social Insurance Electronic Information Portal according to regulations in Decision 2474/QD-BHXH in 2019.

(3) Updating and adding user support features on the Provincial Social Insurance Electronic Information Portal such as: adding news, article, and text search functions; Set up links to the e-portals of local departments, branches, and branches to create a spreading effect of media messages; Upgrade and adjust visitor statistics to ensure accuracy;...

(4) Carrying out the work of posting news and articles in accordance with standards of content and form according to the instructions in the attached appendix.

At the same time, each quarter ensures to send about 02 news and articles with the content being models, typical examples, and reflecting outstanding results in the implementation of local social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies, go to the Editorial Board of Vietnam Social Insurance Electronic Information Portal via email address: congthongtindientu@vss.gov.vn to edit and post propaganda.

(5) Actively organizing training, fostering, and improving knowledge and skills in producing news, articles, photography, and modern communication products on the Electronic Information Portal for the staff working in communication for the Provincial Social Insurance and the Social Insurance of local districts, towns, and cities.

(60 Every year, the Editorial Board of Electronic Information of Provincial Social Insurance proactively develops a specific Operation Plan and submits it to the Director of Provincial Social Insurance for approval according to the provisions of Decision 2474/QD-BHXH dated December 31, 2019.

Ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of information on the Provincial Social Insurance electronic information platform according to the regulations of Vietnam Social Insurance and the law.

(7) Timely posting information (full name, position, phone number, email address) of the Spokesperson and the content of information related to the work of speaking and providing press information of the Provincial Social Insurance on the electronic information platform of the Provincial Social Insurance according to regulations.
