Vietnam: Schedule of fees for mining and use of environmental data from May 26, 2020

On April 10, 2020, the Minister of Finance of Vietnam issued Circular No. 22/2020/TT-BTC on fees for mining and use of environmental data and collection, transfer, management and use thereof.

Specifically, fees for mining and use of environmental data are provided in the Schedule of fees promulgated together with Circular No. 22/2020/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam. In particular, fees for mining and use of environmental data that are effective from May 26, 2020 to December 21, 2020 inclusive are 70% of those specified in the Schedule of fees promulgated together with this Circular.
