Vietnam’s Circular 01: Periodic reports shall be sent to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in 06 forms

According to Circular No. 01/2020/TT-BNNPTNT of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, periodic reports under the state management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development are sent to the Ministry by one of the following methods:

a) Send via the National Document Interconnection Axis;

b) Send via the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development's reporting information system;

c) Send/receive directly;

d) Send/receive by post;

dd) Send/receive via fax;

e) Send/receive via electronic mail (email);

Besides, the report must be in paper form, signed by a competent person of the agency, organization, unit, stamped according to regulations and send a soft copy (file.doc) via the email system; electronic document reports are represented in the form of data messages, in a format specified by the competent state agency, created or digitized from paper documents and sent and received through the National Document Interconnection Axis and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development's reporting information system.

The components of a number of periodic reporting regimes under the state management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development are implemented according to the instructions in Appendix I attached to this Circular and the component content of other periodic reporting regimes in the list of periodic reports of the Agriculture and Rural Development sector are implemented in accordance with the provisions of current legal documents.
