Vietnam: Responsibilities for graduates of Mould fabrication, Level 4 of VQF - Illustrative Image

According to the regulation on the minimum knowledge volume and required competencies for graduates from intermediate and college levels in Mould fabrication issued together with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the basic level of autonomy and responsibility for graduates of Mould fabrication, Level 4 of VQF in Vietnam are as follows:

- Possess ethical qualities, awareness of the profession, citizenship responsibility always striving to complete tasks: proactively grasp information about the workplace: scale, equipment, workshops, rules, and regulations; proactively determine the purpose, requirements, products, and rules of the job;

- Responsibility, ethics, professional demeanor, and service attitude: have the correct vocational motivation, diligence, creativity in work, a sense of labor discipline, and respect for the rules of the agency/enterprise;

- Be able to update knowledge, and creativity in work: adapt to different working environments (domestic enterprises, foreign enterprises);

- Take responsibility for one's work results before the leadership of the agency, organization, or enterprise;

- Be able to solve work under changing work conditions;

- Provide minimum guidance, and supervise subordinates to perform specific tasks as assigned;

- Evaluate the product quality after completing the implementation results.
