This is a notable content of the Circular No. 14/2020/TT-NHNN of the State Bank of Vietnam on judicial survey in respect of currency and banking sector, issued on November 16, 2020.
Specifically, according to Article 23 of the Circular No. 14/2020/TT-NHNN of the State Bank of Vietnam, before the 20th of every month, the unit assigned to perform judicial expertise, unit whose member is assigned to act as the focal point of the Judicial Assessment Team, unit whose member is the Chairman of the Inspection Council shall report in writing on the progress and results of the assessment to the Banking Inspection and Supervision Agency, difficulties and problems, suggestions and recommendations (if any) according to Appendix 07 issued with the Circular. The Banking Inspection and Supervision Agency shall summarize and report to the Governor of the State Bank before the 25th of every month.
In addition, before December 20 of each year, the Department of Personnel and Organization, Training School for Bank officers, the unit assigned to perform judicial expertise, unit whose member is assigned to act as the focal point of the Judicial Assessment Team, unit whose member is the Chairman of the Inspection Council shall report in writing on the progress and results of the annual appraisal according to Appendix 08 issued with this Circular and the commendation proposal (if any), to the Banking Inspection and Supervision Agency.
Moreover, before December 31 of each year, the Banking Inspection and Supervision Agency shall summarize and evaluate the organization and judicial expertise activities in the monetary and banking sectors and submit it to the Governor of the State Bank for submission to the Ministry of Justice.
