Article 9 Circular 33/2010/TT-BTNMT stipulates the requirements for the level of study and zoning of iron resource level 222 and level 332 in Vietnam as follows:

1. Level of geological study and zoning of resource level

- The level of geological study and zoning of resource level 222 and level 332 shall follow Clauses 1 and 2 of Article 7 of this Circular.

2. Level of study of investment in mine construction and degree of economic efficiency

- Resource level 222

- The level of study of investment in mine construction and degree of economic efficiency shall follow Point b, Clause 2 of Article 8 of this Circular.

- Resource level 332

An investment study in mine construction has not yet been conducted, and it has not been determined whether the mining and processing of ore with the comprehensive recovery of valuable industrial component contents in the ore from this resource has economic efficiency or potential economic efficiency at the assessment time. However, the results of the geological study have affirmed the reliability of this resource.
