These contents are stipulated in Article 8 of Circular 33/2010/TT-BTNMT. To be specific:
The level of geological study and zoning of resource level 211, level 221, and level 331 shall comply with the provisions of Clauses 1 and 2 of Article 5 of this Circular.
- Resource Level 211
- An investment project for the construction of a mining project has been prepared, proving that under the conditions of technology, economy-society, environment, and other conditions at the time of assessment, the exploitation and processing of iron ore from this resource are not economically viable. However, in the future, mining and processing may be economically viable due to scientific advancements and changes in economic-social, environmental, and legal conditions.
- Resource Level 221
- A preliminary investment report for the construction of a mining project has been prepared, proving that under the conditions of technology, economy-society, environment, and other conditions at the time of assessment, the exploitation and processing of iron ore to recover the comprehensive content of valuable industrial components in the ore from this resource are not economically viable. However, in the future, mining and processing may be economically viable due to scientific advancements and changes in economic-social, environmental, and legal conditions.
- Resource Level 331
An investment study for the construction of a mining project has not been conducted, and it is not yet determined whether the exploitation and processing of ore to recover the comprehensive content of valuable industrial components in the ore from this resource are economically viable or have economic potential at the time of assessment. However, geological study results have confirmed the certain existence of this resource.
