Circular 28/2014/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam stipulates the grading results of educational management training courses as follows:

  1. The grading result is the average score of the module scores and the final thesis score, rounded to one decimal place.

Example: Student A has scores for 5 modules respectively as follows: 5.0; 6.0; 6.5; 8.0; 9.0, and the final thesis score is 9.5. Therefore, the grading result is: (5.0 + 6.0 + 6.5 + 8.0 + 9.0 + 9.5) / 6 = 44 / 6 = 7.33 rounded to 7.3.

  1. Classification of training results.

- Average: grading result from 5 to below 7;

- Fair: grading result from 7 to below 9 (no score below 6);

- Good: grading result from 9 to 10 (no score below 7).

  1. Students will not be recognized as having completed the training program if the grading result is below 5 or if they have not accumulated the required module and thesis scores.

More details can be found in Circular  of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, effective from October 10, 2014.
