Notes:

Labor norms are calculated for an average province with 11 district-level administrative divisions, and 175 commune-level administrative divisions; adjusting land price tables for 2 district-level administrative divisions, 20 survey points, 1,000 survey forms, and 2 types of land (one type of agricultural land and one type of non-agricultural land). When calculating for a specific province, adjustments are made as follows:

- When there is a change in the number of district-level administrative divisions (greater or smaller than 2 district-level administrative divisions), adjust proportionally for items 1, 3, and 4.

- When there is a change in the number of survey points (greater or smaller than 20 survey points), adjust proportionally for the in-office work in item 2.- When there is a change in the number of survey forms (greater or smaller than 1,000 survey forms), adjust proportionally for the fieldwork in item 2.

- When there is a change in the number of types of agricultural land to be adjusted (greater or smaller than 1 type of land), adjust proportionally for item 5.1.1; when there is a change in the number of types of non-agricultural land to be adjusted (greater or smaller than 1 type of land), adjust proportionally for item 5.1.2.

- The norms stipulated in the fieldwork of item 2; for centrally-run cities (excluding Hanoi City and Ho Chi Minh City), multiply with a coefficient K = 1.1; for Hanoi City and Ho Chi Minh City, multiply with a coefficient K = 1.2.

In case of adjusting the entire land price table, follow the economic-technical norms for the development of the land price table.

Details can be seen in Circular 20/2015/TT-BTNMT effective from June 12, 2015.
