The State Audit issued Notice 246/TB-KTNN dated March 17, 2023, on the recruitment of civil servants and public employees according to the policy of attracting excellent graduates and young scientists, accordingly:

1. Recruitment of 30 State Audit civil servants in Vietnam 2023

Specifically, Notice 246/TB-KTNN stipulates that the total number of recruitment targets for State Audit civil servants in 2023 will be 30.

- Position: Specialist of advisory units of the executive apparatus, specialized State Audit units, and regional State Audit units of the State Audit.

2. Subjects and conditions for registering for civil servant recruitment for the State Audit in Vietnam 2023

(1) Students who graduate with excellent grades from a domestic higher education institution (public university) or abroad are recognized as equivalent in terms of diplomas and certificates.according to the provisions of the law, have excellent study and training results during the years of university study, within the age specified in Article 1 of the Youth Law as of the time of submitting application documents.
and meets one of the following standards:

(a) Won a third individual prize or higher in one of the exams to select excellent students at the provincial level; a consolation prize or higher in the exams to select excellent students at the national level; or a Certificate of Merit or higher in exams to select international excellent students in one of the natural sciences (math, physics, chemistry, information technology) during their studies at the high school level.

(b) Won third or higher individual prizes at national or international science and technology competitions while studying at the high school or university level.

(c) Achieving third or higher individual prizes at an Olympic competition in one of the subjects of mathematics, physics, chemistry, mechanics, or informatics during study at the university level recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training.

(2) People with a master's degree are within the age range specified in Article 1 of the Law on Youth as of the time of submitting the application and meet the following criteria:

(a) Meeting the standards specified in points a, b, or c of clause (1) above;

(b) Having graduated from university with honors or higher and have a post-graduate major in the same field of training at the undergraduate level.

(3) People with a doctorate degree within the age range as prescribed in Article 23 of Decree 40/2014/ND-CP as of the time of submitting the application and meeting all the standards prescribed in Points a and b, Clause (2) above.
