According to Circular 126/2020/TT-BQP, based on the plan for the removal of state property within the Ministry of National Defense from the property distribution in Vietnam, the re-review is conducted as follows:

- Based on the plan for the removal of state property within the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam from the property distribution, the unit develops a plan and establishes the Re-review delegation quarterly.

10 days before the scheduled re-review date, the host unit sends the re-review plan, re-review content, and related documents (if any) to the functional agencies specified in Clause 1, Article 10 of Circular 126;

- The agencies specified in Clause 1, Article 10 of Circular 126 review, cross-check with management records, and nominate officials to participate in the Re-review delegation;

In cases where agencies and units do not nominate officials to participate in the Re-review delegation, they must provide guidance, and directions on the Re-review method according to their functions and tasks assigned by the Minister of National Defense of Vietnam;

- The re-review of the proposal for removal of state property within the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam from the property distribution must be recorded in the minutes. The content of the minutes must clarify the unit's proposals and recommendations on the quantity, type, method, handling plan, ensuring conditions, disposal time, items that can be reused, and scrap proposed for sale after disposal;

- Based on regulations, professional guidelines, and sectoral regulations of the higher-level management agencies, the Command of the agencies and units affiliated to the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam directs the Property Disposal Council and agencies and units assigned to store, manage, and use property to conduct re-review for classification, evaluate the quality level of the property, propose removal from the roll, and prepare conformable minutes;

- In cases where the properties proposed for removal from the property distribution and disposal are few and scattered in many places, the composition and method of re-review are decided by the Command of the agencies and units directly under the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam and take responsibility before the Minister of National Defense.
