This content is stipulated in Circular 12/2018/TT-BTNMT regarding the List of residential, mountainous, hydrological, and socio-economic place names serving the design of the land map of Soc Trang Province which is issued by the Vietnam Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on September 28, 2018.
