Vietnam: Promulgating direct norms for the national master plan

On May 17, 2019, the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam issued Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BKHĐT on guidelines for norms for planning activities.

Specifically, according to Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BKHĐT of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, direct norms for national master plans are specified as follows:
