Vietnam: Process of entering and posting administrative procedure data

This is the content specified in Circular No. 02/2017/TT-VPCP issued on October 31, 2017 by Vietnam’s Government Office, which guides the tasks of administrative procedure control.

According to Circular No. 02/2017/TT-VPCP of Vietnam’s Government Office, the offices of ministries and ministerial agencies shall assist the Ministers and Heads of ministerial agencies in carrying out the data entry and publication of administrative procedures according to the following process:

- Log in to the national database using the account provided by the Administrative Procedure Control Department under the Government Office.

- Enter the authorized administrative procedures that have been publicly announced in accordance with the provisions of the law into the national database and connect them with the legal normative documents that regulate the administrative procedures published on the electronic gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as the electronic gazette) or the national database of legislative documents.

- Verify, review, and cross-reference to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the entered administrative procedure data in the national database with the administrative procedures stated in the Decision on the public announcement of administrative procedures.

- Publicly publish the entered administrative procedure data in the national database.
