- The Antiquities Assessment Council will be established by the Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism based on the proposal of the Director General of the Department of Cultural Heritage. The council's composition includes experts and scientists with expertise, skills, and reputations in the assessment of relics, antiquities, and national treasures. The working methods of the Antiquities Assessment Council shall follow the regulations on the operating models of the Artifact Assessment Council. The operational funding for the Antiquities Assessment Council is allocated within the annual operational budget of the Department of Cultural Heritage.

- The Department of Cultural Heritage is the standing body of the Antiquities Assessment Council and is responsible for:

+ Advising and assisting the Chairman of the Council in drafting the working regulations of the Antiquities Assessment Council for submission to the Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism for approval;

+ Receiving dossiers; organizing sessions of the Antiquities Assessment Council to assess artifacts and the artifact dossier.
