On November 11, 2016, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam issued Circular 239/2016/TT-BTC stipulating the service prices for testing, quality inspection of technical safety, and environmental protection for various types of road motor vehicles, special-use motorcycles, components in production, assembly, and import.

Service charges for quality testing of technical safety and environmental protection for motor vehicles, specialized motorcycles, bicycles equipped with auxiliary motors, components in production, assembly, and import are specified as follows:
