Update on petrol prices on January 11, 2023 in Vietnam

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued a document on petrol and oil trading. From 3 p.m. on January 11, 2023, petrol prices remain unchanged, while oil prices decrease. To be specific:

- E5RON92 gasoline: Not higher than 21,352 VND/liter (unchanged from the current retail price);

- RON95-III gasoline: Not higher than 22,154 VND/liter (unchanged from the current retail price);

- Diesel oil 0.05S: Not higher than 21,634 VND/liter (decreased by 517 VND/liter from the current retail price);

- Kerosene: Not higher than 21,809 VND/liter (decreased by 958 VND/liter from the current retail price);

- Fuel oil 180CST 3.5S: Not higher than 13,366 VND/kg (decreased by 374 VND/kg from the current retail price).

Petrol And Oil Price Stabilization Fund in Vietnam

- Making the Price Stabilization Fund: Make the Price Stabilization Fund for diesel oil at 605 VND/liter (as in the previous period), kerosene at 650 VND/liter (previous period: 200 VND/liter); Fuel Oil at 300 VND/kg (no fund making in the previous period).

- Using the Price Stabilization Fund: Use the Price Stabilization Fund for E5RON92 gasoline at 121 VND/liter (previous period 350 VND/liter); RON95 gasoline at 103 VND/liter (previous period 400 VND/liter), terminate the use of the Price Stabilization Fund for fuel oil (previous period 100 VND/kg).
