Vietnam: New regulations on direct norms for standard regional planning

This is one of the outstanding contents mentioned in Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BKHĐT of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam on guidelines for norms for planning activities.

Promulgated together with Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BKHĐT of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam are direct norms for standard regional planning, specifically as follows:
