According to the regulation on the minimum knowledge volume and required competencies for graduates from intermediate and college levels in Mechanical equipment fabrication issued together with Circular 47/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the basic level of autonomy and responsibility required for graduates of Mechanical equipment fabrication, Level 4 of VQF in Vietnam are as follows:

- Be responsible for personal work results in front of the leaders of agencies, organizations, and enterprises;

- Be able to solve work in changing working conditions;

- Be responsible for maintaining equipment and tools;

- Be serious in work;

- Be self-conscious in learning to improve professional qualifications;

- Work independently, coordinate within a team, and collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks well;

- Comply with the rules and regulations of workshops and factories regarding labor safety and environmental hygiene;

- Perform well fire and explosion prevention tasks.
