This is a notable content of Circular No. 50/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam regulating the minimum knowledge requirements and competency that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in the fields of mining engineering and other technical fields.

Specifically, Circular 50/2018/TT-BLDTBXH stipulates that intermediate-level train operation is a profession that involves directly serving train operations, with job tasks directly related to train operation, organizing train schedules, and managing trains on the route and at stations to ensure safety and high efficiency, meeting the level 4 requirements in the Vietnam National Qualifications Framework. To achieve this, train operation professionals need to have teamwork abilities for close coordination between departments and positions, a high sense of organizational discipline, and concentration during tasks, as even a minor mistake can cause significant consequences.
