Circular 50/2018/TT-BLDTBXH stipulates that after graduation, learners must meet the competency requirements for the following job positions in the heavy equipment operation major at the college level:

Excavator Operator;
Bulldozer Operator;
Road roller Operator;
Grader Operator;
Piling Machine Operator;
Ground Construction Machine Maintenance;
Ground Construction Machine Business;
Ground Construction Management.

Additionally, students majoring in heavy equipment operation at the college level must possess the following autonomy and responsibility levels:
