According to the regulation on the minimum knowledge volume and required competencies for graduates from intermediate and college levels in Wood pulp and paper manufacturing technology issued together with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, Wood pulp and paper manufacturing technology, Level 5 of VQF is a profession involves manufacturing wood pulp and various types of paper from plant materials (wood, bamboo, rattan...) and from recycled paper, meeting requirements for level 5 in the Vietnamese National Qualifications Framework.
