According to Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT, the reporting of the results of building and developing teaching and management staff for the school year must be carried out as follows:

1. Report content requirements: The status of the local teaching staff and education management officials for the school year; the situation and results of the implementation of the task of developing teaching staff, management officials, and staff at educational institutions for the school year; the direction and tasks for the development of teaching staff and education management officials and staff in the education sector for the following school year.

2. Entities responsible for implementation, reporting agencies, and reporting procedures:

- The Division of Education and Training reports to the Department of Education and Training;

- The Department of Education and Training reports to the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.

3. Reporting period: Annual school year report.

4. Method of sending and receiving reports: Implement according to the provisions of Article 6 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT.

5. Reporting data cut-off date: From the start of the school year to the end of the school year according to the annual school year time frame plan.

6. Report submission deadlines:

+ In the case of paper reports:

- The Division of Education and Training must submit reports to the Department of Education and Training before June 25 annually.

- The Department of Education and Training must submit reports to the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam before June 30 annually;

+ In the case of reports submitted via the Information Reporting System of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, implement according to the provisions of Clause 6, Article 7 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT.

7. Report outline template: Template No. 05 in Appendix I issued together with Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT.
