Vietnam: Guidelines for reporting the results of international cooperation in the field of education and training

Guidelines for reporting the results of international cooperation in the field of education and training (Illustration)

According to Article 27 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, the procedure for reporting international cooperation results in the field of education and training is stipulated as follows:

1. Report Content Requirements: Overview of the situation of international cooperation in the field of education and training; the direction and management work of local authorities/education and training institutions; results of implementing international cooperation in education and training for the year; difficulties and obstacles; proposals and recommendations (if any).

2. Subjects of implementation, reporting authorities, and reporting process: The Department of Education and Training; higher education institutions report to the Ministry of Education and Training.

3. Reporting period: Semi-annual report; annual report.

4. Methods of sending and receiving reports: Implement according to the provisions in Article 6 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDĐT.

5. Report data closing time:

- Semi-annual report: Calculated from November 16 of the year preceding the reporting period to May 15 of the reporting year;

- Annual report: Calculated from November 16 of the year preceding the reporting period to November 15 of the reporting year.

6. Report submission deadline:

+ In the case of paper reports:

- For semi-annual reports: The Department of Education and Training; higher education institutions send reports to the Ministry of Education and Training before May 31 each year.

- For annual reports: The Department of Education and Training; higher education institutions send reports to the Ministry of Education and Training before November 30 each year.

+ In the case of reports through the Ministry of Education and Training's Reporting Information System, follow the provisions in Clause 6, Article 7 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT.

7. Report outline template: Outline template number 21 in Appendix I issued together with Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT.

8. Report data forms: Forms I.21a/BGDDT/HTQT; I.21b/BGDDT/HTQT; I.21c/BGDDT/HTQT; I.21d/BGDDT/HTQT; I.21đ/BGDDT/HTQT; I.21e/BGDDT/HTQT; I.21g/BGDDT/HTQT in Appendix I issued together with the Circular.
