Vietnam: Guidelines for application of HS codes of the listed group-2 products and goods under Circular No. 22/2018/TT-BLĐTBXH

Circular No. 22/2018/TT-BLĐTBXH providing the List of potentially unsafe products and goods under the management of the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam was promulgated on December 06, 2018.

According to Circular No. 22/2018/TT-BLĐTBXH of the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam, application of HS codes of the listed group-2 products and goods shall comply with the following rules:

- In case where only 4-digit HS code is specified, the regulations herein also apply to all products and goods with 8-digit HS codes in the same 4-digit heading;

- In case where only 6-digit HS code is specified, the regulations herein also apply to all products and goods with 8-digit HS codes in the same 6-digit subheading;

- In case where 8-digit HS code is specified, the regulations herein apply to listed products and goods with 8-digit HS codes.
