Vietnam: Guidance on dossier for appointment of a manager of a wholly State-owned limited liability company

According to Article 34 of the Decree No. 97/2015/NĐ-CP of the Vietnam’s Government, dossier for appointment of a manager of a wholly State-owned limited liability company includes:

1. The proposal of the policy proposal and the written consent of the competent authority on the appointment policy.

2. The proposal for appointment of the Members' Council and the company's President.

3. The proposal for appointment of the branch-managing Ministry to the Prime Minister.

4. Curriculum vitae (according to form 2C-BNV/2008 issued together with Decision No. 02/2008/QD-BNV of the Minister of Home Affairs, the period from the time of resume declaration to the time of submission of the curriculum vitae to the authority competent to appoint must not exceed 06 months) certified by the competent authority.

5. Self-assessment form.

6. Comments of the party committee at the same level.

7. Comments of the Members' Council and the company's President.

8. Action plan in case appointed by competent authorities.

9. Conclusions on examination, inspection and settlement of complaints and denunciations and related documents (if any).

10. The certificate of being healthy enough to complete the assigned tasks, certified by a competent health agency (the time of the health certificate to the date of submitting the dossier to the advisory agency on personnel organization must not exceed 06 months).

11. Copies of diplomas and certificates of training and professional qualifications.

12. Property declaration (according to the prescribed form).

13. Comments of the party committee or local administration where the employee regularly resides on the law observance of the employee and his/her family at the place of residence.
