Vietnam: Fees for printing, duplication and photocopying of information

On May 14, 2018, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam issued Circular No. 46/2018/TT-BTC prescribing the fees for printing, duplication, photocopying and sending of information as prescribed in Clause 2 Article 12 of the Law on access to information 2016 of Vietnam.

Fees for printing, duplication and photocopying of information shall be paid according to fee rates specified in the Appendix enclosed with Circular No. 46/2018/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam. To be specific:

2.2	Of a size of from 20 x 25 cm to 20 x 30 cm	Piece	54,000
2.3	Of a size of from 25 x 35 cm to 30 x 40 cm	Piece	135,000
3	Printing or making duplication of recording files (excluding costs of supplies)	Minute	27,000
4	Printing or making duplication of films (excluding costs of supplies)	Minute	54,000
5	Printing of digital representations (full text of type-1 documents/ information)
5.1	- Black and white printing (including costs of supplies)	A4-size paper	2,000
5.2	- Color printing (including costs of supplies)	A4-size paper	14,000
	- Fee for photocopying in A3-size paper is twice as much as the one for photocopying in A4-size paper; - Fee for photocopying in A2-size paper is four times as much as the one for photocopying in A4-size paper; - Fee for photocopying in A1-size paper is eight times as much as the one for photocopying in A4-size paper; - Fee for photocopying in A0-size paper is sixteen times as much as the one for photocopying in A4-size paper.
