- Adjustment of 13.46 ha of natural area and 125 inhabitants from Nam Trung commune; 64.76 ha of natural area and 1,071 inhabitants from An Lam commune; 117.09 ha of natural area and 749 inhabitants from Dong Lac commune; 46.82 ha of natural area and 415 inhabitants from Nam Hong commune to be managed by the Nam Sach township.

Thus, Nam Sach town has 455.19 ha of natural area and 10,860 inhabitants. The administrative boundaries of the Nam Sach township are as follows: to the east, it borders An Lam and Dong Lac communes, Nam Sach district; to the west, it borders Hong Phong and Nam Hong communes, Nam Sach district; to the south, it borders An Chau commune, Nam Sach district; to the north, it borders Nam Trung commune, Nam Sach district.
