Decree 47/2006/ND-CP stipulates the establishment of Cu A Mung Commune under Ea H'Leo district, Dak Lak province on the basis of 7,435 hectares of natural area and 3,491 inhabitants of Ea Wy Commune. To be specific::

- Cu A Mung Commune has a natural area of ​​7,435 hectares and a population of 3,491.

- Administrative boundaries of Cu A Mung Commune: East borders Cu Mot Commune; West borders Ea Sup District; South borders Ea Khal and Ea Nam Communes; North borders Ea Wy Commune.

- After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Cu A Mung Commune, Ea Wy Commune remains with 6,042 hectares of natural area and 11,553 inhabitants.

At the same time, Decree 47/2006/ND-CP also stipulates the establishment of Ea De Commune under KRong Buk District, Dak Lak Province on the basis of 2,970 hectares of natural area and 10,025 inhabitants of Pong Drang Commune. Ea De Commune has a natural area of ​​2,970 hectares and a population of 10,025.

Administrative boundaries of Ea De Commune: East borders Ea B'Lang Commune and KRong Nang District; West borders Pong Drang, Ea Ngai Communes; South borders Doan Ket Commune and Buon Ho commune-level town; North borders Chu KBo, Pong Drang Communes.

After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Ea De Commune, Pong Drang Commune remains with 3,190 hectares of natural area and 15,730 inhabitants.
