Vietnam: Disclosure of information on television service quality

This content is specified in Circular No. 24/2016/TT-BTTTT issued by the Ministry of Information and Communication of Vietnam on November 15, 2016.

According to Circular No. 24/2016/TT-BTTTT of the Ministry of Information and Communication of Vietnam, in the first twenty (20) days of February and August every year, the Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information shall publish information on radio and television service quality on its website at www.abei.gov.vn.

Besides, according to Circular No. 24/2016/TT-BTTTT, disclosed information includes:

- Situation of announcement of radio and television service quality and compliance with radio and television service quality norms announced by service providers.

- Situation of observance of reporting regulations and quality norms reported by service providers.

- Results of examination and supervision of radio and television service quality by state management agencies.
