Vietnam: Direct norms for national marine spatial planning

Recently, the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam issued Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BKHĐT on guidelines for norms for planning activities.

Promulgated together with Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BKHĐT of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam are direct norms for national marine spatial planning, specifically as follows:
