Vietnam: Customs identification form for officials and public employees is available from March 1, 2021

According to Article 12 of the Decree No. 02/2021/NĐ-CP of the Vietnam’s Government, The customs certificate is rectangular, 86 mm long, 54 mm wide, 0.76 mm thick (+/- 0.05 mm) made of plastic. Two sides of the customs proof are prescribed as follows:

1. Front size: Red background, with yellow border around, upper with yellow capital letters "CỘNG HÒA XÃ HỘI CHỦ NGHĨA VIỆT NAM". In the middle is a customs symbol printed, below is a yellow capital letter "CHỨNG MINH HẢI QUAN".

2. Back side: Light yellow color, printed with pattern, in the center imprinted with key cage, anchor, and white swallow's wing.

2. Mặt sau: Màu vàng nhạt, in hoa văn, ở chính giữa in chìm hình lồng chìa khóa, mỏ neo, cánh én màu trắng.

- On the left from the top is a picture of a customs symbol, height 15 mm, width 15 mm, photo of the person issued with a customs identification card, size 2 cm x 3 cm, white background, wearing spring customs uniform - summer, no hat. Below the photo, there is a customs identification number which is the number of the public employee.

- To the right from top to bottom is the capital letter "CỘNG HÒA XÃ HỘI CHỦ NGHĨA VIỆT NAM" in the bottom row "Độc lập - Tự do - Hạnh phúc", the word "CHỨNG MINH HẢI QUAN" is printed in red, full name, full name, year of birth, unit, date of issue of the certificate; title of the certificate issuer signed and stamped.
