Pursuant to Article 6 of Circular 13/2019/TT-BKHDT, values of reporting indicators shall be converted from the base year 2010 to the base year 2020 as follows:

The Circular stipulates that the General Statistics Office; Statistical organizations under Ministries, Ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, and other central organizations; and officers involved in statistical work are responsible for implementing Circular 13/2019/TT-BKHDT. Specifically, the General Statistics Office is responsible for:
a) Compiling statistical indicators according to the comparative price;
b) Promptly converting and publishing data of statistical indicators according to the comparative base years 2010 and 2020;
c) Providing detailed guidelines, inspecting, and supervising the implementation of this Circular.
