This is an important provision stipulated in Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT regulating periodic reporting policies under the state management scope of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, issued on June 29, 2020.
Content of the Red Cross activity report for the Ministry of Education and Training (Illustration)
The report on the implementation results of Red Cross activities, building safe schools, and preventing accidents and injuries in educational institutions is carried out as follows:
Report requirements: The situation and results of implementing Red Cross activities, building safe schools, and preventing accidents and injuries; the plan to implement Red Cross activities, build safe schools, and prevent accidents and injuries for the following year.
Implementing subjects, the reporting agency, and the reporting process:
- The Department of Education and Training reports to the Provincial Department of Education and Training;
- The Provincial Department of Education and Training reports to the Ministry of Education and Training.
Reporting period: Annual periodic reports.
Methods of sending and receiving reports: Implemented as prescribed in Article 6 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT.
Data closing time for reports: From December 15 of the year prior to the reporting period to December 14 of the reporting year.
Report submission deadline:
+ In case of paper reports:
- The Department of Education and Training submits the report to the Provincial Department of Education and Training before December 17 each year.
- The Provincial Department of Education and Training submits the report to the Ministry of Education and Training before December 20 each year;
+ In case of reports through the Ministry of Education and Training's Information Reporting System, follow the provisions of Clause 6, Article 7 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT.
