The report on the implementation results of Red Cross activities, building safe schools, and preventing accidents and injuries in educational institutions is carried out as follows:

1. Report requirements: The situation and results of implementing Red Cross activities, building safe schools, and preventing accidents and injuries; the plan to implement Red Cross activities, build safe schools, and prevent accidents and injuries for the following year.

2. Implementing subjects, the reporting agency, and the reporting process:

- The Department of Education and Training reports to the Provincial Department of Education and Training;

- The Provincial Department of Education and Training reports to the Ministry of Education and Training.

3. Reporting period: Annual periodic reports.

4. Methods of sending and receiving reports: Implemented as prescribed in Article 6 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT.

5. Data closing time for reports: From December 15 of the year prior to the reporting period to December 14 of the reporting year.

6. Report submission deadline:

+ In case of paper reports:

- The Department of Education and Training submits the report to the Provincial Department of Education and Training before December 17 each year.

- The Provincial Department of Education and Training submits the report to the Ministry of Education and Training before December 20 each year;

+ In case of reports through the Ministry of Education and Training's Information Reporting System, follow the provisions of Clause 6, Article 7 of Circular 19/2020/TT-BGDDT.
