Vietnam: Composition of the application for the registration of changes of outward investment-related forex transactions

This content is specified in Circular No. 12/2016/TT-NHNN of the State Bank of Vietnam guiding the foreign exchange management for outward investment.

According to Circular No. 12/2016/TT-NHNN of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), the application for the registration of changes of outward investment-related forex transactions consists of:

- The application form for the registration of changes of outward investment-related forex transactions.

- The original certificate granted by the licensed credit institution with respect to the balance, the amount transferred abroad and that transferred to Vietnam on the investor's investment capital account up to the date on which the change occurs.

- The copy which originated from the master register or the certified copy or the copy, enclosed with its original for comparison, of the amended Certificate of outward investment registration issued by a competent authority of Vietnam.
