Vietnam: Complication of forms used in handling administrative violations in inland waterway traffic

The Ministry of Transport of Vietnam issued Circular No. 18/2018/TT-BGTVT on amendments to a number of articles of Circular No. 12/2016/TT-BGTVT providing instructions on a number of articles of Decree No. 132/2015/ND-CP of Vietnam’s Government stipulating penalties for administrative violations in inland waterway traffic.

Specifically, issued together with Circular No. 18/2018/TT-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam are forms of records and decisions used in handling administrative violations in inland waterway traffic. Forms of records and decisions include:
