According to the regulation on the minimum knowledge volume and required competencies for graduates from intermediate and college levels in Veterinary service issued together with Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the basic level of autonomy and responsibility required for graduates of Veterinary service, Level 5 of VQF in Vietnam are as follows:

- Possess good moral qualities and a proper understanding of the profession, have a cooperative attitude with colleagues, respect the law, and comply with workplace regulations;

- Be honest and highly disciplined, capable of working independently, ready to undertake assigned tasks, and produce high-quality and productive labor;

- Be capable of planning, time management, organization, and working effectively in teams;
