Vietnam: Appraisal application for the proposal for removal of state property within the Ministry of National Defense from the property distribution (Illustration)

Agencies and units report to the competent authority as stipulated in Article 11 of Circular 126/2020/TT-BQP for issuing decisions on removal from the property distribution in Vietnam, including:

- Appraisal application for the property that is ammunition and hazardous chemicals:

+ Proposal for removal from the property distribution and disposal, including the implementation plan as stipulated at point b, clause 3, Article 7 of Circular 126/2020/TT-BQP;

+ Verification record of the proposal for removal of ammunition and hazardous chemicals from the property distribution and disposal thereof made by the Verification Team of the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam;

+ Report on disposal results accompanied by the decision of the Commander of the agency or unit under the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam and the disposal record of Category 5 dangerous ammunition subject to immediate disposal as stipulated in clause 4, Article 15 of this Circular;

+ Written opinions from the coordinated appraisal agencies regarding the unit's proposal for removal from the property distribution and disposal;

- Appraisal application for property classified as consumable materials and equipment with an original value under 10 million VND (not technical equipment) and a usage period of less than 1 year under the authority to exclude from inventory and handle by the Commanders of the host agencies or units under the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam:

+ Proposal for removal from the property distribution made by the unit assigned to manage, store, and use the property as stipulated in clause 2, Article 7 of Circular 126/2020/TT-BQP;

- Verification record of the proposal for removal from the property distribution and disposal of property prepared by the host unit;

- Appraisal application for remaining property:

- Proposal for removal from the property distribution made by the unit assigned to manage, store, and use the property as stipulated in clause 2, Article 7 of Circular 126/2020/TT-BQP;

- Verification record of the proposal for removal from the property distribution and disposal of property prepared by the host unit;

- Written opinions from the coordinated appraisal agencies regarding the unit's proposal for removal from the property distribution and disposal;
