Legal Counselling IN HANOI, VIETNAM

Vietnam: Applications for provision of online securities transaction services

This is one of the fundamental contents specified in Circular No. 134/2017/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam providing guidelines for e-transactions on securities market issued on December 19, 3017. Specifically, an application for provision of online securities transaction services includes:

1. The application form for provision of online securities transaction services.

2. List of names and profiles of experts in management of online securities transaction system.

3. A report on design of online securities transaction system.

4. Certified true copies of the Stock Exchange’s written approval and record on inspection of online securities transaction system of transaction members.

Relevant contents can be found in Circular No. 134/2017/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, which takes effect from March 01, 2018.
