The application for assessment and acceptance of ministerial-level science and technology tasks in Vietnam includes:

Official Dispatch on the assessment and acceptance of science and technology tasks by the host unit according to the form (PL5-CVDNNT).

- Place for submission of the application: submit directly or via postal mail to the Department of Planning - General Affairs, including 01 original set of documents (with seal and direct signatures) presented and printed on A4 paper, using the Vietnamese font in the Unicode character set following the Vietnam Standard TCVN 6909:2001, font size 14, and 01 electronic copy that fully stores the products and such specialized reports recorded on optical disks (in PDF format, without password protection).

- Deadline for submission of the application:

Submission of the application must be completed within 30 days from the contract termination date or the contract extension date (if any).

Within 03 (three) business days from the day of receiving the application, the Department of Planning - General Affairs must notify the host unit of the application's validity. If the application is not valid according to regulations, the host unit must supplement it within 05 (five) working days from the date of receiving the notice from the Department of Planning - General Affairs.
