5.	Offices of Central agencies of political and social organizations (Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Vietnam Women's Union, Vietnam Veterans Association, Vietnam Farmers' Union).
6.	Office of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
7.	Office of the Supreme People's Court.
8.	Office of the State Audit Office.
