Recently, the Government of Vietnam officially issued Decree No. 79/2015/ND-CP on penalties for administrative violations against regulations on vocational education.
According to Point c Clause 1 Article 7 of Decree No. 79/2015/ND-CP of Vietnam’s Government, a fine from VND 10,000,000 to VND 15,000,000 shall be imposed for a college that fails to issue the Statute on organization and operation.
Moreover, fines for failure to issue the Statute on organization and operation of the vocational education institution are as follows:
- From VND 3,000,000 to VND 5,000,000 if the institution is a vocational education center;
- From VND 5,000,000 to VND 10,000,000 if the institution is a vocational secondary school;
Remedial measures: Issue the Statute on organization and operation of the vocational education institution.
Besides, Decree No. 79/2015/ND-CP also specifies fines for failure to register additional vocational education activities when increasing the capacity of each discipline or vocation compared to the certificate of registration of vocational education activities:
a) From VND 10,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 if the violations is from 10% to under 20%;
b) From VND 20,000,000 to VND 30,000,000 if the violations is from 20% to under 30%;
c) From VND 30,000,000 to VND 40,000,000 if the violations is from 30% to under 40%;
d) From VND 30,000,000 to VND 40,000,000 if the violations is 40% or above.
