On June 01, 2020, the Ministry of Public Security submitted the Draft Law on ensuring road traffic order and safety to the National Assembly of Vietnam for consideration.
According to the Draft Law on ensuring road traffic order and safety of Vietnam, 08 forms of propagating, disseminating and educating the law on road traffic order and safety include:
1. Press conference, press release;
2. Dissemination, direct legal guidance; provide information and legal documents;
3. Through the mass media; Internet; propaganda information system; publish legal information on the Official Gazette, the electronic portal; posted up at the headquarters, bulletin boards of agencies, organizations and residential areas;
4. Organizing legal examinations;
5. Through the results of investigation and settlement of traffic accidents, handling of administrative violations, citizen reception activities, settling complaints and denunciations of citizens, legal aid activities and other activities of agencies in the state apparatus to guide and propagate traffic skills and prevent traffic accidents;
6. Through cultural and artistic activities and activities of political organizations and mass organizations, clubs, law bookcases and other cultural institutions at grassroots level;
7. Adopt the legal education program in educational institutions of the national education system;
8. Other forms of legal dissemination and education suitable for each specific audience that competent agencies, organizations and individuals can apply to ensure effective law dissemination and education.
