This is a notable content mentioned in Decree No. 113/2013/NĐ-CP on fine art activities, issued by Vietnam’s Government on October 02, 2013.
According to Decree No. 113/2013/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government, the regulation on sculpture camps is promulgated by the investor including the following 07 contents:
1. The organizer;
2. Target, meaning;
3. The organization form of the sculpture camp, location and scale of the camp, the number of campers, contents, media, size of the model statue and the works; schedule, time of the camp;
4. Art council:
5. Criteria of authors and the selection of the model statue;
6. Duties and authorities of the authors;
7. Copyright on the works executed at the camp.
Concurrently, Decree No. 113/2013/NĐ-CP stipulates that Vietnamese agency/organization wishing to receive the license for organization of sculpture camp shall satisfy the following conditions:
- Have functions of artistic and cultural activities;
- Have a project approved by a competent authority;
- Have regulations for sculpture camps.
