**Entire process of files for receiving social insurance policies

In this Decision, 18 administrative procedures and file processes are announced to replace in the field of resolving social insurance policies, paying social insurance, and unemployment insurance policies. Specifically, it includes:

- Resolving to receive sickness benefits.

- Resolving to receive maternity benefits.

- Resolving to receive convalescence and health rehabilitation benefits after sickness, maternity, labor accidents, occupational diseases.

- Resolving to receive one-time social insurance benefits.

- Resolving to receive labor accidents, occupational diseases benefits for the first time being affected.

- Resolving to receive labor accidents, occupational diseases benefits due to recurring injuries or diseases.

- Resolving to receive labor accidents, occupational diseases benefits for cases already affected and continue to be affected.

- Resolving to receive pensions, monthly allowances for commune staff.

- Resolving to receive one-time allowance for individuals receiving monthly social insurance pensions and allowances who resettle abroad, and for foreign citizens receiving monthly social insurance pensions and allowances no longer residing in Vietnam.

- Resolving to receive survivor benefits.

- Resolving to continue receiving pensions, monthly social insurance allowances for individuals completing prison sentences, illegal emigrants returning to legally resettle, those with court annulled declaration of disappearance.

- Resolving transfers for individuals receiving pensions, monthly social insurance allowances, and those waiting for pensions or monthly allowances moving from one province to another.

- Resolving adjustments, annulling decisions, and terminating social insurance benefits.

- Procedures for receiving monthly allowances according to Decision 613/QD-TTg.

- Procedures for resolving allowances for retired teachers who have not received seniority allowances in pensions according to Decision 52/2013/QD-TTg.

- Procedures for payments in cases of individuals switching from receiving social insurance policies in cash to bank account transfer or vice versa, or changing bank accounts, or changing the receiving address within the province.

- Procedures for authorizing to claim pensions, social insurance allowances, and unemployment benefits on behalf of others.

- Procedures for claiming backlogged pensions, social insurance allowances of deceased individuals yet to receive benefits.

Decision 777/QD-BHXH came into effect from June 14, 2019, replacing Decision 1055/QD-BHXH.
