(1) According to Decision 3730/QD-BGDDT dated November 17, 2022, the Ministry of Education and Training has approved the cooperation in organizing the IELTS English certification exam between IDP Education Company Limited (Vietnam) and IELTS Australia Pty Ltd Company (Australia).

In there:

- Vietnamese side: IDP Education Company Limited (Vietnam)

- Foreign party: IELTS Australia Pty Ltd (Australia)

- The duration of joint activities in organizing IELTS English certification exams between the Parties is 05 years from the effective date of Decision 3730/QD-BGDDT.

(2) The Ministry of Education and Training issued Decision 3773/QD-BGDDT dated November 18, 2022, approving the association to organize the IELTS English certification exam between British Council (Vietnam) Company Limited,
Dong A Educational Technology Company Limited, ODIN Education and Training Development Joint Stock Company, University Access Center Vietnam Company Limited, and the British Council (UK)

On December 5, 2022, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Decision 4058/QD-BGDDT approving the cooperation in organizing the Cambridge English certification exam between the Center for Foreign Languages—Informatics under the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City and the General Principal, Masters, and Scholars of Cambridge University, which operate through organizations under the Cambridge University Publishing House and Examinations Council (Cambridge).

3. The unit that organizes the Linguaskill English certification exam in Vietnam

The Ministry of Education and Training issued Decision 3731/QD-BGDDT dated November 17, 2022, approving the association to organize the Linguaskill English certification exam between REAP Technology Research, Application, and Experimentation Joint Stock Company. and the Chancellors, Masters, and Scholars of the University of Cambridge, which operate through the Cambridge University Press and Examinations Board.

- Vietnamese side: REAP technology research, application, and experimentation joint stock company

- Foreign parties: The Principal, Masters, and Scholars of Cambridge University operate through organizations under the Cambridge University Publishing House and Examinations Council.
