Uniforms of the Officials of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam

Circular 11 prescribes the attire of officials and employees of the Civil Aviation Authority of Viet Nam (hereinafter referred to as attire), including: dress shirt, suit jacket, trousers, women's skirt, tie, shoes, socks, and belt.

Attire Colors

- Dress shirt: white.- Trousers, women's skirt, suit jacket, tie, socks: dark blue.- Leather shoes, leather belt: black.

To be specific:

Men's Attire

- Suit jacket: Lined inside, standard collar with 02 buttons, 02 lower pockets with flaps (flap height 4.5 cm), 04 sleeve buttons, 02 rear slits, 01 left chest pocket, hook on the left chest for attaching an official’s badge;- Trousers: Straight leg, 02 diagonal front pockets, 01 crease, 01 rear pocket with button closure, hidden button, belt loops, waistband 04 cm;- Long-sleeve dress shirt: Stand-up collar, 01 sleeve button, 01 left chest pocket, 02 back pleats 01 cm each;- Short-sleeve dress shirt: Stand-up collar, 01 left chest pocket, sleeve length 03 cm above the elbow, 02 back pleats 01 cm each;- Leather belt, width 38 mm, metal buckle in white;- Leather shoes: Black, low top, closed toe, not too pointed, with laces.

Women's Attire

- Suit jacket: Lined inside, standard collar with 02 buttons, 02 lower pockets with flaps (flap height 03 cm), 03 sleeve buttons, no side slits, hook on the left chest for attaching an official’s badge;- Trousers: Straight leg, 02 concealed horizontal front pockets, belt loops, waistband 03 cm;- Women's skirt: Knee length or just below, lined, 02 concealed side pockets, belt loops, waistband 03 cm;- Long-sleeve dress shirt: Stand-up collar, 01 sleeve button, 02 chest seams;- Short-sleeve dress shirt: Stand-up collar, tailored sleeves, sleeve length 02 cm above the elbow;- Belt: Leather, dark blue, width 28 mm, metal buckle in white;- Leather shoes: Black, square heel of 50 mm, closed toe, not too pointed, with or without laces.

Men's and Women's Accessories

- Tie: Dark blue; width 60 mm; emblem of the Civil Aviation Authority of Viet Nam; woven with the words "Civil Aviation Authority of Viet Nam - CAAV" in diagonal text;- Socks: Fabric material, dark blue.
