Types of operating expenses during the period of the Vietnam Development Bank (Illustration)
Circular 111/2007/TT-BTC stipulates that the operational costs of the Vietnam Development Bank include:
- Payment of interest on mobilized capital (excluding interest payment on loans of projects using re-lent ODA capital) including: bond interest, loans interest from domestic and foreign organizations;
- Payment of interest on customer deposits at the Vietnam Development Bank;
- Capital mobilization costs, including bond issuance costs, promissory notes, and certificates of deposit;
- Printing costs of certificates and valuable papers of the Vietnam Development Bank;
- Payment service costs;
- Trustee costs, including loan recovery trustee costs;
- Risk provision costs;
- Exchange rate differential costs;
- Vault operations costs, including money transportation, loading costs, money sorting, and packing costs, money protection costs, and other vault operation costs;
- Environmental protection costs;
- Association and professional fees that the Vietnam Development Bank participates in;
- Litigation costs related to resolving collateral assets for loans of the Vietnam Development Bank and costs related to handling outstanding loans;
- Other operational costs.
