Circular 01/2019/TT-VKSTC introduces 05 types of awards in the People's Procuracy sector as follows:

- Meritorious and achievement-based awards are collective and individual awards for outstanding achievements or exceptional completion of assigned tasks, or for contributions to the development of the People's Procuracy sector.- Periodic awards are given to collectives and individuals achieving outstanding results after completing a period of emulation initiated by the State, Sector, or agency/unit.- Exceptional awards are given to collectives and individuals achieving extraordinary accomplishments beyond the programs, plans, and tasks they are responsible for.- Service awards are given to individuals in leadership and management positions within the Sector, who have participated in revolutionary phases with significant contributions and outstanding achievements to the Communist Party's revolutionary cause, the nation, and the Sector.- Foreign affairs awards are given to foreign collectives and individuals contributing to the development of the People's Procuracy sector.
